Cancellation Policy

In general, we do not offer any fee refunds.

Once you have committed to a session we go ahead and book the ice, instructors etc. Cancelling a session has a cascade effect on many people.

If 48 hours notice is given and if we do not incur any costs due to your cancellation, we will return your fee, net of any costs and a 15% cancelled booking charge.
